This position is for Full-time Skilled Nursing Facility / SNF Setting

Qualifications:
· Valid NY State License as a OTA
· Must have COVID-19 Vaccination - 2 shots

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, OTA, you assist one or more Occupational therapists in evaluating and providing treatment to help patients recover from injury, disease, surgery, or other ailments.

Occupational Therapist Assistant, COTA, tasks will include, but not limited to:

· Promote independence in activities of daily living (including dressing and feeding) through problem solving, suggesting adaptations and observation of the patient.

· Screen, assess, evaluate and treat patients in accordance with the techniques and procedures established by the American Occupational Association and in conformance with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies;

· Follow current care plans to provide exemplary care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
