Our Marketing & Brand Manager position is responsible for performing all business development, fundraising, and client management tasks. This position will require learning and explaining services and products on behalf of all of our clientele.
Our Marketing & Brand Managers are excellent organizers, focused on customer service, and up to date on the industry standards. You will connect client services to the local community, discuss the best options for potential consumers, and assist them through the enrollment process. All new employees receive proper entry-level training appropriate to their department. For our next Marketing & Brand Manager, we are looking for someone eager to help manage entry-level representatives, exhibits terrific customer service, has strong problem-solving skills, and loves to work in business! 

Marketing & Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Initiate direct communication with members of the community to discuss client products and services and complete the enrollment process
• Build vital knowledge of the industry and comprehensive client abilities to provide the most complete customer service possible
• Assist with training and helping new associates 
• Participate in continued training opportunities provided by the senior management team 
• Comfort working with iPads and tablet-based software
• Analyze the results of each event and report back to senior management 
• Learning basic customer service techniques and client services to help with troubleshooting
