**Overview:**

As the Project Manager for Database Migration, you will lead a team responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the migration of an Oracle database to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, you will identify alternative database providers and evaluate data migration approaches to ensure a seamless transition.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Planning:** Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for the migration project. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
2. **Team Leadership:** Lead a cross-functional team of database administrators, cloud engineers, and data migration specialists. Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
