**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and contract negotiation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, making material list, ordering materials and coordinating subcontractors.

- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets

- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, customers and internal team.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, withing budget abd to the highest quality standards.

- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

- Communicate project status updates to customers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

-Maintaine detailed project socumnetations and records for each project.

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong background in construction industry. (5 years min.)

- Proven record of successfuly completing outdoor living projects.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a Plus but not mandatory.

-Strong customer service, organizational, problem solving, communications skills are required

- Knowledgable in foundation, framing, cornice, trim, electrical, plumbing, roofing.

- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints

Abilibilty to work a schedule of weekdays (8-5) and one Saturday a month (8-12)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
