Job Description:

The auditor will be responsible for ensuring there are no errors and billing has been performed appropriately.

The auditor will educate, recommend and create plans of corrections when any errors are found.

Suggesting process improvement within the team and within the division and will be responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, policies, service standards, and procedures.

The auditor will be responsible to participate in trainings to assist them in maintaining a full understanding of their position and its responsibilities.

Travel: This position covers regions 8, 12, 13, 14,15,16,17, and 18. Travel to DCS provider locations within the regions is required. Travel will be as frequent as twice a week. Four times a year the auditor will be required to travel to Central Office in Marion County to participate in a Division meeting.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.57 - $26.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Financial auditing: 4 years (Required)
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams: 2 years (Required)
• applicable state laws, policies, service standards: 1 year (Preferred)
