Required skills:

* 8 years managing Testing Management functions for application teams

* 5 years experience with Application Release Management

* 5 experience with IT Resource and Capacity Management

* 5 years driving change across IT and Business stakeholders

* Excellent verbal & written communications skills

* Excellent Process Management

* Proven team player working within IT and across Business Subject Matter Experts

* Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce platforms
