Salary: $15.00 - $25.00/HR

• Gain knowledge and operate Smartsheet, Penguin Data
• On call as needed per market area
• Build a working relationship with internal & external employees through calls, emails, texts
• Ability to create basic as builts with proper codes
• Play a role with other employees to continue ensuring safety compliance by internal and external employees
• Ability to read and comprehend CATV, HFC & Fiber maps
• Ability to read and comprehend fiber matrix
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Assist as needed with SMB & SDU Surveys
• White line jobs (efficiently and correctly)
• Understanding of County, City, Power, and DOT permits
• Understand all aspects of UG & Aerial construction and how splicing plays a direct roll
• Understanding billing codes
• Penguin Data usage
• Responsible for providing accurate updates to Construction/Project Manager and Project Coordinator
• Ability to proficiently splice cable in aerial and UG locations
• Ability to use and understand TDR?s
• Receive workload in Penguin Data as well as other forms of communication and respond in timely manner
• Responsible to ensure every job is measured, before and after pictures taken including meter (if TDR is used) documentation and upload into Penguin Data.
• Ensure that upon arrival to a jobsite that all safety requirements are being followed by all parties on site
• Walk each job site out before commencing and ensure that any work previously completed is in passing QC status and report any issues to Coordinator immediately.
• Ensure that you are following each providers minimum Quality Control guidelines, if Infinite?s requirements are higher than the providers, then Infinite?s guideline must be followed
• Repair any failed QC reporting back to you within 3 business days
• Receive workload and direction from multiple sources: Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Trainer
