Northbrook Center for Rehabilitation & Health is now hiringan experienced Registered Nurse MDS Director who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Registered NurseMDS Director is responsible for implementing the federally mandated assessment tool to identify needs / concerns of the resident and to coordinate a plan of care to assist the resident toward optimal wellness based on the highest practicable level of functioning. Northbrook is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in the heart of Brooksville. Our facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are dedicated to improving the functional ability of everyone. REGISTERED NURSE MDS DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• REGISTERED NURSE (RN) LICENSE IN STATE OF FL
• Organizational Skills/Ability to Multitask
• Knowledge of PDPM/Clinical Concepts
• Ability to work with facility nursing management to identify and fix care documentation notes
