The operations coordinator is responsible for the assisting with operational functions, admissions, client records, personnel records, etc

· Analytical mindset, able to identify current and future customer needs and challenges
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong work ethic with with a focus on continued innovation and growth
· Able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
· Self-directed individual, able to work effectively in both remote and office environments
· Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, , Internet, Webinar, and social media tools
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or human services required.
· 1 to 3 years of operations in healthcare, preferably in behavioral health and substance use.
· Able to simultaneously manage competing, high priority tasks.
· Previous knowledge of Mental Health, Substance Use, and/or IDD required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
