Automotive Detailer

Infina Health is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team. As a vital member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for providing efficient vehicle detailing services at our garage.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning using specialized equipment.
• Apply paint correction, polishing, and waxing for quality vehicle appearance.
• Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Detail engine compartments, wheels, and tires to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail and presentation
• Toughness and grit to work in many conditions
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift weights
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, including ability to operate a manual transmission
• Know the following: waxing, buffing, masking, grinding and applying paint; replacing parts, minor repairs

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality worksmanship.
• Knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under PA insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

License/Certification

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong presentation skills
• Certification in auto detailing preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience $12 to $18 per Hour
• Opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
