Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN) to join our fast paced specialist practice.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide primary care to patients, including wound care, and medication management
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth

Qualifications:
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of [STATE]
- Experience in similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
