Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead jobs in Monroe, OH. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $16/hr and great benefits available.
Responsibilities:

• Take line attendance list.
• Assign employees to their positions in the line.
• Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.
• Work on the lines with the line workers in the different positions as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards.
• Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.
• Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams
• Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities
• Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience
