Job Description:
Manages the Contract's Business Office. Directs and implements financial administration on the contract with overall responsibility for Human Resources, Workforce Optimization, Recruiting, Personnel Actions, Security, Contracting, Infrastructure IT, and financial accounting required to operate the contract on a day to day basis. Coordinates and monitors contract financial performance and directs subcontract administration. Responsibilities include aiding in the negotiations of contracts and contractual changes; interfacing with the customer; ensuring adherence to accounting procedures and standards; managing the financial requirements of the contract; coordinating preparations of proposal, plans, specifications and financial conditions; and overseeing contract property management.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, or related area with ten (10) years or more professional experience related to duties of position.
Qualifications:
10 years related experience.
Security Clearance:
U.S. Citizen and possess appropriate level DoD security clearance.
Skill Set or Certifications:
Knowledge of: Employee Federal and State Payroll Tax and Unemployment Regulations, Federal and State Payroll Labor Regulations, DCAA Compliance Requirements, Fair Labor Standards Act, Affirmative Action Regulations, Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations, DCMA Requirements, Procurement Regulator Requirements, Contract Regulations and Requirements
Training Required:
None beyond those in Skill Set and Certification
