Essential Duties:
� Must always comply with all company safety policies.
� Directly oversees assigned projects of any size from start to finish ensuring quality and timely completion.
� Ensures delivery of equipment, materials, tools, and field staff are scheduled to meet project deadlines.
� Plans and schedules resources with Superintendent to meet project expectations.
� Understanding of critical path method scheduling and ability to develop and manage project schedule.
� Works in conjunction with field leadership to coordinate construction activities.
� Evaluates project costs ensuring project remains on/under budget, updates on a monthly basis.
� Prepares, presents and tracks change orders, purchase orders and other necessary documentations.
� Assists in billing and collections process with customer as needed.
� Processes and maintains proper written documents needed for projects.
� Acts as a liaison between architects, contractors, and owners, etc.
� Conducts site visits on a regular basis, as required.
� Contract review and management.
� Pre-con support (including but not limited to bid review, spec review, interview, quotation review, etc..).
� Responsible for thorough understanding and execution of project scope, financials, installation, and all project
management.
� Major purchase orders.
� Subcontractor management.
� Responsible for compliance with all Kenny SOPs including the P.M. SOP.
� Accurate reporting of project financials (WIPs).
� Account management.
� Project closeout.
� Other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
� Degree in Construction Mgmt. or Construction Eng Mgmt. (Construction, Service) or equivalent combination of training
and experience.
� Two years of progressively responsible experience for a commercial/industrial construction contractor.
� Basic knowledge of current electrical codes and standards.
� Comprehensive knowledge of construction means, methods and scheduling.
� Ability to understand and interpret blueprints.
� Proficient in various construction related systems, for example Blue Beam, Procore and Accubid pref.
� Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project.
� Ability to plan, coordinate, and organize multiple projects.
� Possesses strong organizational capabilities.
� Strong accounting skills and financial aptitude.
� Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through written format.
� Ability to maintain rapport with customers, employees, etc.
Physical requirements:
� Stand for long periods of time.
� Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
� Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
� Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
� Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls.
