Job Title : Sales Assistant

Position Description :

This is a full time regular or part time position supporting a sales team in the Rock Springs office. The position will support an internal sales team working with major customers, developing quotes, taking overflow sales calls and outsourcing, while supporting company core values and demonstrating excellent customer relation and communication skills.

This particular role will have heavy responsibility for order certifications.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with the internal system
  • An assertive personality able to juggle multiple tasks and projects at a time

Required Qualifications :

  • Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone and in writing.
  • Must be comfortable and proficient with common computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and demonstrated team attitude
