Local industrial supply company looking for a motivated team member to join our office. Our ideal candidate is a team player, very detail oriented, has 1 year experience in customer service, is proficient in the following areas: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and has experience with QuickBooks. Duties include but are not limited to:

o Receive and Process order and quotes in a timely manner.

o Print for remote staff

o Handle communication with customers (i.e. updates on order status, answering any questions, check in if needed, establish/maintaining a friendly and professional report)

o Handle communication with assigned sales guy/team (i.e. research/gather requested information or pricing, connect with new customers, sending any important documents, establish/maintaining a friendly and professional rapport)

o Handle communication with vendors (i.e. sending Purchase Orders as needed, contacting for new/updated pricing, establish/maintaining a friendly and professional rapport)

o Maintaining an organized and easy-to-understand filing system.

o Keeping track of any/all orders as they are processed, making sure they reach completion in a timely manner. (processing, communication, shipping, etc.)

o Having knowledge of products sold, or at minimum knowing where to gain the knowledge/access.
