Job Title: Sales Route Delivery Driver – Filtershine USA

Hours: Full Time

Location: Fletcher NC

Salary Range: $21 – 24 (start Base DOE) plus Commission and Bonuses

Reports to: Owner

Position Overview

We are seeking an individual to join our company as a Sales Route Delivery Driver and help us take the Filter Exchange division to the next level. The job has two components, the first is Filter Exchange. As part of our warehouse and delivery team, you will clean filters and then load filters to be delivered and installed in different commercial locations. You will accurately keep records of filter exchange and get signatures upon completion of the job. The second part is sales, account management and building routes

Job duties include:

• Fill out Jobsite paperwork and use the mobile service app to take digital photographs of all work performed.
• Documenting mechanical deficiencies of the customer and/or company equipment to management
• Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Independent completion of work projects with limited supervision
• A typical work week is Monday to Friday

Technician Qualifications:

• Have a valid Driver's License. Clean
• Have personal transportation to and from our office
• Have a driving record that passes our insurance company's requirements
• Be willing to drive a company truck to job sites. Most jobs are local, but our service area is in NC and SC.
• Have a working cell phone and respond promptly to all calls from management
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Be dependable; able to show up on time, read and follow instructions
• Be physically fit; able to climb ladders, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at times
• Have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Be able to work flexible hours
• Be able to complete work projects from start to finish with limited supervision
• Be able to communicate well with customers and other team members
• Be able to learn new procedures quickly to assist with the cleaning process
