Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and front desk operations
