Industrial Controls and Design, Inc. is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Clovis, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction project coordination and possess strong organizational skills to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the coordination of vendors and customers to ensure projects are bid accurately and on time.

Transfer information accurately and completely from quote to project during internal and external project kickoffs.

Assist with adhering to project budgets.

Assist with the development of project schedules and adherence to project deadlines.

Help with scheduling resources.

Assist with ordering and tracking materials.

Assists with relaying information between customers, vendors, project managers, and other company employees accurately and in a timely manner.

Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in project coordination within the construction industry.

Proficiency in Office 365 and related applications.

Ability to create and edit PDF documents.

Basic knowledge of general construction applications.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of project management principles and practices preferred.

Knowledge of electrical power and control concepts preferred.

Knowledge of industrial electrical construction preferred.
