Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Sr. Information Security Analyst will provide Information Security, Cybersecurity, and general Technology expertise across multiple workstreams directly supporting proposal development, strategic corporate initiatives and projects, and/or other delivery solutions. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Technical/Management approach proposal Support, develop win themes, and provide innovative solutions based on customer RFP requirements.
  • Support Internal IT Team efforts to include but not limited to the following: CMMC topics, audit preparation, cybersecurity efforts, cybersecurity and IT documentation.
  • Represent the organization at desired conferences, industry/governments events when and where appropriate. Join panels on topics of value and mutual interest and experience: Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, System Acquisition, etc.
  • Bid and proposal support, if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline or related technical field.
  • At least 15 years of system acquisition experience managing portfolios across Cybersecurity/IT, research & development, planning, design, test & evaluation, budget, and execution.
  • Must possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or industry equivalent (DAWIA, etc.).
  • Must possess expert-level knowledge and skills in stakeholder management, risk management, project planning, and budget analysis.
  • Demonstrated mastery of NAVWAR’s system acquisition process (to include systems engineering, software and hardware development, and information security).
  • Prior experience leading complex projects and initiatives supporting NAVWAR (formally SPAWAR) System Center Command, Program Executive Office (PEO) Command Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) or related Department of Navy (DON) organization performing system engineering development, design, installation, testing analysis, and integration assignments.
  • Must possess expert-level knowledge of industry best practices with respect to IT, Cybersecurity, and Systems Engineering.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint software and able to build and alter briefs from conceptual inputs.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Travel Required ~10% travel may be required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline or related technical field is desired.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is desired.

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $140/hr. - $143/hr. The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
