Position: eCommerce Business Analyst

Job Roles & responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform (Hybris).
• Upload and maintain products, product images and product documentation
• Facilitate internal and external eCommerce demo’s & training
• Recommend site uniformity and design from the voice of the customer
• Provide user training as requested
• Create training material and documentation for internal and external users.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or information systems or equivalent work experience.
• 1-5 years of experience in eCommerce business administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint.
• Basic knowledge or ability to learn Hybris Commerce, Smart Edit, Qbank, Backoffice, C4C CRM, and CPQ

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
