Pay Rate: $25 - $31 hourly W2

Schedule Type: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, support, and promot health services strategies, tactics, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare to establish competitive business advantage.
• Health services strategies, policies, and programs are comprised of utilization management, quality management, network management and clinical coverage and policies.
• Education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.
• Coordinates and implements assigned care plan activities and monitors care plan progress.
• Identifies high risk factors and service needs that may impact member outcomes and care planning

Experience:

• 1 year(s) behavioral health, social services, or human services field.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, in behavioral health or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $25.53 per hour
