Job description:
- Acuity level of patients: Adults and Peds, acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems, diseases, and/or recovering from surgery.
- Number of beds: 25
- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
Job Duties:
- Initiate appropriate measures in emergencies when the physician is not immediately available, for example, take resuscitative measures in case of cardiac or respiratory arrest
- Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician such as medications and IV therapy that alter hemodynamic status, respiratory therapy, mechanical ventilation, etc.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent exp
- AHA - BLS
- AHA - ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NIHSS stroke
- Peds exp
