We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience.

To be successful as a restaurant manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.

JOB DUTIES :

• Manages and trains restaurant staff, including wait staff, hosts and kitchen personnel
• Creates and implements effective strategies to optimize restaurant performance
• Monitors food quality, presentation and overall guest satisfaction
• Collaborates with the executive chef and kitchen team to maintain menu standards and manage inventory
• Handles customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the restaurant
• Implements cost control measures to maximizes profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback to the team
• Works closely with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and is able to work well under pressure
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff members
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
