Handyman / Ground Maintenance
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 2pm

Looking for a reliable, energetic individual who can preform typical maintenance person services and yard maintenance to help maintain a personal home. Duties include pressure washing, repairing and maintaining walkways, replacing light fixtures and bulbs as needed, keeping the yard cut and hedges trimmed, keeping the equipment in working conditions and all supplies in the sheds in an orderly form. Owner may ask for other duties to be performed as she deems necessary.

Must work well with others and be able to communicate effectively with the property owner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work consists primarily outside. However, the owner maintains sanitizer, masks and gloves as needed on her front patio.

• Destin, FL 32541: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
