Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality one-on-one Home Care to our patient in Houston, TX. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in rehabilitation environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress during each visit and perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Utilize aseptic technique during procedures such as catheterization.
• Provide basic life support in emergency situations.
• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health records.
• Assist with dialysis procedures, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Nursing (BSN) required.
• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing or related field
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with respiratory therapies and tube feeding procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
