Essential Functions:
Assist in facility preparation and clean up for Indians home games and stadium events
Clean debris from stadium concourse, restrooms, suite level, picnic areas and other fan areas
Remove trash and recycling from all areas
Mop and clean any spills as they occur
Restock restroom supplies as needed
Answer fan questions and direct any issues to the proper Indians staff member in a friendly and polite manner
Posses general knowledge of Victory Field

Excellent customer service, people and relationship skills
Ability to walk around for an entire 4-6 hour shift
Ability to walk up and down stairs
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to follow directions and work independently in a team environment
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, including cold, wind, rain and heat
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, days, weekends and holidays
