### Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Must be reliable, positive attitude & a self-starter. Experience with IV sedation a plus.

### Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques

- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient information accurately

- Assist with medical procedures such as suturing wounds or inserting intravenous lines

- Provide health coaching and support to patients in managing chronic conditions

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in nursing care

### Skills:

- Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers, providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients

- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify changes in health status and implement appropriate interventions

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and educate patients on their treatment plans

- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patient assignments efficiently
