We have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Manager to join the Community Engagement team at our Senate Location in Downtown Indianapolis.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Manager to join the Community Health team at Indiana University Health at our Senate Location in Downtown Indianapolis. The Program Manager for the Community Health Outreach & Engagement team will develop and deepen strategic community partnerships and alliances that work to collaboratively improve the health and health equity of the greater Indy community. The incumbent will work with community partners to provide and support outreach events, community grants, IU Health team member volunteerism, community health worker activations, and programs that impact the broader community in alignment with community needs, health equity, IUH clinical priorities, and social needs.
The incumbent will also develop and implement outreach and engagement strategy, analyze data, develop progress metrics & evaluation procedures, and manage high level programs. The program manager will also provide strategic leadership and support for the IU Health Serves program, the IU Health Days of Service Program, and placed based health initiatives.
The incumbent must be able to work in diverse community settings. Weekend and evening work will be required. Prior experience in community engagement/relations is strongly preferred.

•Bachelor's Degree is required.
•Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex project management experience.
•Program management experience is preferred.
•Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
•Requires experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
