Intermediate Informatics Support Analyst
Seeking mission driven, experienced clinical informatics to expand our innovative EHR optimization program and emerging technologies. This role will include value discovery through workflow assessments, analysis of data, and implementation of impactful solutions to problems. Ideal candidates include experience in workflow and EHR assessments, working collaboratively across multiple clinical and technical teams, self-directed and ability to adapt to new information and change. Clinical background preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides comprehensive support and analysis to optimize the adoption and utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Identifies gaps and inefficiencies related to workflow and usage of the EMR system.
  • Collaborates with the Clinical Informatics team to support EMR system planning, implementation, and end user training.
  • Designs, implements, and delivers training activities as well as end-user support to improve EMR system adoption and optimization with general supervision.
  • Maintains records of training activities and results.
  • Solves moderately complex problems.
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
REQUIRMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years relevant ambulatory, clinical, healthcare, or training experience required.
  • Requires the ability to travel 10-15% within Indiana.
  • Requires the ability to work flexible hours (some overnight and weekend hours required).
  • Cerner Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
  • Clinical certification preferred (LPN, CMA, RT, etc.).
