Indiana Technical Installations, LLC located in Bluffton, IN and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our company as an audio, video and network installation technician.

Some knowledge of wiring, A/V and networking equipment is helpful; however, we will train!

ITI is a full-service technology company serving business and residential clients with IT, Audio/Video, Security/Surveillance and Home Automation services. This position will require the physical ability to perform tasks such as pulling wire and installing home and office equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and peace of mind.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing wire pulls and installations of electronic systems/devices in both residential and commercial settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform wire pulls and cable management for residential and commercial electronic systems.
  • Install and configure electronic components, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, security systems, networking devices, and smart home automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at client sites.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in electronics installation or a related field preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
