As a Crew Member, you may be responsible for:
Greeting customers with a smile
Taking accurate food orders
Preparing all of Wendy’s World Famous food
Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
Restaurant Cleanliness
Ensuring items are well stocked

Physical Elements
Ability to stand for long periods
Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds
Equipment Use
Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.
