Job Summary/Basic Function

The position of Student Membership Services Representative is to provide customer service to patrons purchasing memberships and other services provided by Campus Recreation.

Specific Responsibilities
Work Schedule
Flexible; Must be willing/able to work Monday-Friday 11am – 7pm and Saturday mornings during the summer – this position will only be a “sub position” when our current staff are gone throughout the summer.

Must be willing to attend all designated training workshops including and not limited to all Fitness and Membership Services Training Programs. Must have excellent human relation and customer service skills.

NCAA Guidelines

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with membership sales; register members for various program; perform cash, check and credit card transactions; answer facility and program related questions; provide members with information on Campus Recreation programs; Understand and communicate facility policies/procedures to patrons; perform general office duties; perform misc. duties as assigned.
