00 Job Summary / Basic Function

Assist with inventory management for OIT. Includes maintaining asset inventory, intake and wiping of computers, and working with tickets and spreadsheets.

Attention to detail is required.

Process reports and information in Microsoft Excel.

Clean and shelve computers and computer equipment.

Assist staff with other projects as needed. Work Schedule Up to 20 hours / week during the time frame of 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM, Mon-Fri.

• Visit ISU departments for inventory updates and equipment pick-up.
• Move equipment to and from storage and perform cleaning tasks.
• Wipe computer hard drives.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
