Failure to abide by this term of employment shall constitute unethical conduct as defined by the NCAA and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of the employment relationship with ISU.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, labs, office space and residential facilities.
Dusts and/or polishes furniture.
Maintains hard floors by scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and refinishing.
Cleans restrooms and stocks restroom supplies.
Empties tenants’ trash and garbage containers and processes recycle materials.
Notifies management concerning need for repairs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
