Indiana Members Credit Union is Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator Near Indianapolis, IN

Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and assist with the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at multitasking. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Review job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and assisting with paperwork completion.
  • Collaborate with HR, Employee Development, and department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Track the progress of new hires through the training plan and provide support as needed.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruitment activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Work Environment:
  • In Office

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Carrying banners and recruitment supplies to/from recruitment activities
Travel Required:
  • Some

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
