Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.Lead Maintenance Technician - must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Lead the night shift Maintenance team to accomplish goals
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Install, test, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, modify, and repair equipment
- Fabricate basic parts as needed for machine repair
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with machine operators, production supervisors, and contractors to resolve specific mechanical problems and repairs
- Successfully manage multiple assignments through effective prioritization and time management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Good eye for detail is required
- Ability to work independently
