Indiana Furniture Industries Inc is Hiring a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support Coordinator Near Jasper, IN

Serve as main point of contact for a specific territory
Analyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and company
Collaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives
Provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requests
Must be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learn
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Ability to travel as required; currently anticipated to be <5% for the purpose of professional development, customer visits, etc.
Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion
