multiple levels of care including sub-acute detox, residential inpatient treatment,

outpatient treatment and after-care planning.

Shifts Available: 3:30pm-12am M-F 11:30pm-8am M-Su

Job Details:

1. Oversee the day to day activities of the clients in their normal daily routine. This

includes daily reporting and communication with our clinical team about pertinent

information related to treatment goals.

2. Maintain complete confidentiality on behalf of the clients.

3. Continuously track all clients location both on property as well as outings and other

events.

4. Assist with ensuring that clients are present and remain in all scheduled groups

and/or activities.

5. Safely, legally and efficiently transport clients via company van to all appointed

destinations.

6. Respond to emergency situations as appropriate and per policy and procedure.

7. When required, perform bed checks as per standard schedule and record any

unusual occurrences.

8. Any other duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

● A minimum of 1 year in the related field (preferred but not required)

● Must have a valid and clear Driver's license

● Must have a high school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.01 per hour
