$2.00 per hour Attendance Incentive. Show up on time, every time in a week, get $80-$100 more each pay, after probationary status is complete.

Must be able to perform the basic functions of the job:

• Must work SAFE.
• Be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Be available to work all regular and over-time hours required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical lift test.
• Show up ready to work each day scheduled.
• Become certified to operate cranes and forklift.
• Begin reading and understanding shop drawings/material lists.
• Follow directions from Group Leader.
• Show up ready to work each scheduled day, with a positive "can do" attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Operate crane and forklift in a safe manner
• Read blueprints to gather B.O.M. for main mark material and place it next to the main parts distributed to fitters.
• Any damaged material must be reported to the management immediately and not processed further without instructions.
• Fabrication area must be kept clean and free of wood, banding and trash.
• Empty scrap and trash hoppers when full.
• Move detail material that has been completed in staging area to the fabrication area for fabrication with specific main piece marks to be completed.
• Load cards at the Python and distribute material as needed in fabrication per instructions from Group Leaders.
• Move tagged material from fabrication to staging area by blast keeping jobs and sequences separated.
• Take directions of Group Leaders.
