INDIAN ROCKS POA is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Lake Ariel, PA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our community. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on community equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain community roads and swales.
- Snow plow the roads and parking lots in the winter months (on call rotation).
- Install and remove boat docks and adjust throughout the season.
- Construct replacement docks during the winter months.
- Lawn care for common grounds within the community.
- Must be able to operate small equipment.
Experience:
- Previous maintenance experience required.
Benefits:
- Salary based on experience.
- Paid time off, holidays, insurance after 90 days of full time employment, 401K after 1 year of full time employment.
