**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally - Process reservations and manage room assignments - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently - Conduct night audit duties as required **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
