The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, a unique gathering place celebrating Pueblo culture, is seeking a skilled and efficient Construction Tech to join our dynamic team of employees. The IPCC Campus includes the Cultural Center as well as additional thriving businesses owned and operated by the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico. The Construction Tech is dedicated to performing basic construction repairs and renovations at the Cultural Center along with associated buildings and tenant facilities.

What you will bring to the job:

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent trade experience
• Five years of experience in general construction repairs and renovations
• One year's experience in painting, drywall, plumbing, flooring, and roofing
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle with no restrictions
• Knowledge of use of methods and practices used in preventive maintenance and repair work
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety practices

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Native American preference will be given.
