Position: RN

Shift: Full-time Days 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Nights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Wage: $32 to $35.75/hour DOE Plus differential if you work nights of $2/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

As an RN in long-term care, you'll coordinate patient assessments and interventions, ensuring accurate documentation. You'll schedule follow-up assessments and keep the attending physician informed about patients' conditions. Your role involves updating patient care plans, using a personalized approach for residents. Staff nurses provide individualized care with kindness and respect, serving as a liaison between residents, families, doctors and the healthcare team.

Qualifications Include but not limited to:

• Current and unencumbered RN License
• Ability to assess patient conditions to administer effective care using standard nurse practices, excellent follow through and attention to details
• Excellent verbal and listening skills
• Highly compassionate and empathetic.
• Professional
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, transitional care or rehab preferred but not required
