Indian Hills Country Club of Marietta, GA is looking for enthusiastic and dependable employees for this summer season. We are looking for Bartenders, Servers, Cooks, Food Runners for the pool and other areas of the Club. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH POSITION YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

Bartender: Excellent knowledge of bar drinks, types, and brands. Ability and knowledge to prepare all popular drinks according to the standard of the Club. Able to work quickly under pressure and distinguish drinks for proper service in addition, the employee in this position should be over 21 years of age.

Server: Ensures that tables, chairs, table settings, etc., conform to the standards set by the pool. Follows proper procedures for serving alcoholic beverages. Set‑up side stands for service. Provides service to each table/lounge chair including greeting the member at the pool deck, escorting to table and seating.

Cook/Grill Cooks: Set‑ups grill area for service in the morning. Clean-up grill area after end of service. Efficiently prepares all members/guests orders to order. Follows the FIFO (First in First Out) system for rotating products. Follows all food handling safety guidelines and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages.

Food Runners: Ensures desired food in delivered to all members in a timely manner and in accordance to all food presenting SOP’s. Understands all floor diagrams and proper seat numbers of the pool deck. Sets up back station in the kitchen and works with chefs closely.

Hosts: Learns menus and daily specials. Ensures that table arrangements during dining service conform to the standards set by the Club. Makes or cancels reservations. Provides service to each table including greeting the member at the door; escorting to table and seating, have members sign checks. When needed, takes drink orders. Keeps informed of members and member changes. Change menus and menu display.

All must dependable, mature, and demonstrate good communication and people skills in which to inter‑relate with members.

Employees should be well groomed according to the standards of the Club and being willing to perform any other duties as needed. Be flexible with availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
