Severs:

• Experience in private/country clubs preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of formal dining room service demonstrated by skills based on past formal dining room work/experience.
• Should be dependable, mature, and demonstrate good verbal communication skills and people skills in which to inter‑relate with members.
• Should be well groomed (professional and conservative) according to the standards of the Club.
• This position requires the employee to have sufficient proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with members and guests.
• It is recommended that this employee has completed high school and had a minimum of two years of experience in a formal dining establishment.
• Working evenings, weekends and holidays are essential.
