We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Panel Production Technician to join our team at Indgo Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality solar modules, ensuring that all panels meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and production of solar panels according to established procedures and guidelines.

Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

Perform quality control inspections on finished panels to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.48 - $24.66 per hour
