Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Service Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. First year pay is $100-150k (Salary Commission) , but from year 2 onward this is uncapped, and we have associates who make $300k

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Self-motivation to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
