Ourclient's expertise and successes from small to large-scale projects have earnedthem a place among the most well-respected and highly technical engineeringfirms in the country. They are looking to add a Junior Engineering Project Manager to their growing team.This role will focus on the design, construction, and management ofinfrastructure related to the petrochemical projects.

Theideal candidate will have a minimum of four to five (4-5) years working on multiple projects at once, focused onpetrochemical projects. They possess a positive attitude and believe stronglyin collaboration, teamwork, and cross-functional partnerships within theorganization. Candidates who have worked on-site managing single projects arenot ideal for this role.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
  • Conducts cost analysis throughout the project to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

RequiredSkills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in the office on multiple projects at once
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs.
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

Education& Experience:

  • A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas is preferred but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of petrochemical project-related experience.

Thisrole does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per YEAR
