We are remodeling company located on the North side of Chicago. The majority of our work is in the city. Our primary focus is adapting homes for older adults and people with disabilities. This construction posting is for full time year round employment.

The most common construction projects we perform are bathrooms and deck framing. We are in need of a well rounded remodeling professional. A large portion of our work is government funded and pays prevailing wage plus benefits.

Candidates must:

Minimum 10 years of residential remodeling experience

Strong bathroom remodeling background. Can complete a bathroom from start to finish.

Reliable, punctual and a self starter

Have their own transportation with a valid drivers license

Be professional and able to interact with customers

Have their own tools

Be willing to perform all aspects of a project from demo to final clean up

A team player who can take and give directions

General Skills Needed:

Strong rough carpentry skills

Strong bathroom remodeling experience

Shluter shower experience a plus

trim carpentry (hanging doors, cabinets and trim)

tile setting experience

light plumbing (setting toilets, hooking up sinks)

drywall and taping skills
